The new issue of T Magazine will be in Sunday’s New York Times newspaper but I already started reading it online.  I absolutely loved this spread The Curious Appeal of Pieces that Clash.  I don’t think I can afford one single thing but a girl can dream.

Heather, not so much a Clash but color blocking transitions to texture blocking.

Isn’t this a great time in fashion and furnishings that we can let loose our “rules” and experiment with what looks right to our individual design eye? This post is a concise resource to inspire. Thank you.

I really love some of these great fall pieces, so I will call them “high contrast ensembles”!

    Heather,

I found so many of the striking combinations of color and patterns to be so inspiring for interiors. These will definitely be added to my color inspiration file!

    Thanks

I think this keeps everything young and happening. But, goodness, if you’re out of the loop you would certainly wonder where some of these ideas came from wouldn’t you? I love it, Heather!

Everything “clashes” in a good way!

    I love the metallic pieces!

    Happy Sunday!

I adore this piece… What a great fashion statement.
My mother, always told her daughter’s invest in the best
handbag and shoes… It is indeed the only fashion investment that gives back. Time after time.
    Thank you, Heather!
