The Provence Chateau of Pierre Yovanovitch just featured in the WSJ.Magazine looks like a modern version of Hubert de Givenchy’s Château de Jonchet but that doesn’t make it any less interesting. The larger main chateau, Fabrègues, still retains original architectural details but the farmhouse turned guesthouse, La Ferme, was in such bad shape that the interiors had to be rebuilt. Its design is much more minimal and clean but the entire property is connected by traditional landscaping by Louis Benech. A perfect combination.
