The couture shows are happening right now in Paris but there are always other fashion events that are scheduled during the same week.  One of those included the new Tory Burch flagship store opening on rue Saint-Honoré.

“Designed by architect Daniel Romualdez, who’s done the rest of Tory’s stores and her own home in New York, the 4,200-square-foot space at 412 rue Saint-Honoré, is in keeping with the easy and elegant residential feel of all of the other Tory Burch outposts while nodding to its very Parisian locale — Madeleine Castaing rugs, fretwork étagères, French oak chairs and white-washed oak floors. A roomy terrace on the second floor adds a touch of the outdoors while the floor above that holds special jewelry and shoe salons, and the fourth floor, a private shopping suite. The bohemian elements scattered throughout, like the Syrian tables with mother-of-pearl inlay, take their cue from Tory’s own travels around the world.”

I look forward to visiting the chic space the next time I’m in Paris. Until then, I’ll continue to take notes on all the places suggested by all the chic Parisians interviewed on the Tory Daily blog.
