The Boy from Brazil
by habituallychic
06 . 17 . 14I was thinking about what I could post from Brazil in honor of the World Cup when I thought of the fabulous Fabrizio Rollo who I just started following on Instagram. He describes himself on his website as “architect, designer, and journalist.” He is the lifestyle editor of Harper’s Bazaar in Brazil and was previously an editor at Casa Vogue, Vogue Brazil, and Men’s Vogue in Brazil. He’s a favorite street style subject of The Sartorialist among others for his dandy style. His eclectic and colorful home in São Paulo is as interesting as his wardrobe. He’s another one who likes mixing different periods and styles. “I think some of the most beautiful pieces ever came out of the 1930s—I adore Maison Jansen. And I was born in the crazy 1970s. As for Napoleon III—amazing! I have no problem mixing them all.” You might say that it’s as diverse as the World Cup itself.
For more information and credits on his home, check out his profile in Elle Decor.

Isn’t he wonderful?!! I love his fun, eclectic style. He’s certainly fearless and it’s very inspiring.
I really like the use of vintage brass lamps over each of the art pieces hanging on his wall. That’s beautiful
