Let It Snow
by habituallychic
12 . 22 . 12I was away at book signings both times it snowed in New York last month but it looks like I won’t be missing the big snow storm that’s hitting much of the country this week. Here’s to a white Christmas and a winter wonderland.
Bon Weekend!

Beautiful, beautiful photos!
Thank you for the photos. I am in Washington D.C. And hope it snows here. I just finished finals. I am a later in life college student obtaining a fine arts degree in Interior Design. Two weeks ago I was busy studying when my s/o asked me if I needed anything at the store. My reply, I need Heather Clawson’s new book, Creativity At Work. Thank you for the inspiration.
A Winter Wonderland. We have snow right now that is probably headed your way!

Great collection of photos, Heather! I wish it would snow here in Toronto, but it seems as though we’re in for a green Christmas…for the fourth year in a row 🙁
Just seeing these photos makes me yearn for the peace & tranquility that comes with a fresh layer of fluffy snow. To bundle up and go for a walk as it’s falling- there’s nothing better!!
Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, Heather. I hope your Dad is feeling better in his recovery, and I wish him improved health in 2013.
Such lovely photos – and the 5th one down USE TO BE MY BEDROOM! That’s Trinity College, Oxford (Staircase 5 room 6…). Always inspired. X
Brrrr…gorgeous images though!
Thanks you for entertaining us all year round with beautiful stories and images.
Happy Holidays Heather

If I wasn’t in the mood for the holidays-I am now. Lovely images. Thank you. Catherine
Facing a snowless Christmas – though I don’t really think I’m complaining – these images really brought me some old-fashioned Christmas spirit. Most of us are just starting to relax after a hectic year of non-stop work commitments and endless bad news. I so enjoy your blog, Heather, and just wanted to wish you a very Merry Christmas! You have my admiration and respect for all that you accomplished this year. Let’s hope 2013 is even better! All the best- M.
Thank you–now it is seeming a lot like christmas. I love that little fox. He looks like he has a sense of humor. Have a wonderful white Christmas.

Thank you Heather for a year full of beautiful images & inspiration.
I hope your dad is recovering from his recent surgery and I wish you and your family a merry Christmas and the very best for 2013.
All beautiful! I am posting snow scenes today as well as my area in Michigan just received a foot of the white stuff!!
This post makes me long for a winter in Northern New York or Vermont…I’m currently living in the Rocky Mountains and while they’ve got their own beauty, these pictures evoke a great longing in my soul to seek out the winter that falls on the other side of the country
