San Francisco Here I Come!

This week, I’m headed to San Francisco for a little sightseeing and another book signing.  I can’t wait to catch up with my friend Grant K. Gibson and see recently transplanted New York designer Allison Caccoma in her new city. I look forward to seeing Caitlin Flemming of Sacramento Street and meeting all my blog readers at Hudson Grace.  I’m also excited to be staying within walking distance to all at the Hotel Drisco. Seeing the Painted Ladies is also high on my agenda.  If you have any suggestions of places to go and things to do, definitely let me know.
I would also like to thank J.Crew for featuring outtakes of Jenna and Frank’s offices on 770 Behind the Line.  You can also read some fun interviews I did on Cosmopolitan.com and Daily Candy
After a week off for Thanksgiving, I’ll be back at it with a signing at Jayson Home in Chicago on November 29th from 6:00-8:00pm.  Be there or be square!

I am currently at the Hotel Drisco for a night. Charming hotel. Hudson and Grace is a delightful store. Be sure and visit the boutique named Luna also on Sacramento Street. I look forward to shopping there whenever I am in San Francisco visiting my daughter

Hi Heather! I just returned from a trip to SF/Napa Valley! We had a great time – you MUST shop at Gump’s while in SF! It’s such a fun experience and right up your alley! They have fabulous, luxurious furnishings as well as some personal items. A quick look at my SF trip: http://romance-it.blogspot.com/2012/09/san-francisco-get-away.html

If you have the time, consider visiting Golden Gate Park. The Japanese gardens/ tea house are lovely. The DeYoung museum is also in the park. The facade of the DeYoung is interesting and the exhibitions are very good. Enjoy your visit! We are local (SF) and will try to make your signing. Congratulations on the book.

    Dear Heather,
A warm welcome to San Francisco! Hope your book signing at Hudson Grace is a hit! If you have time before the signing, stop by Fleur*t on nearby Clement Street and enjoy a flower for your table on me! (Plus, you will adore their unique store.) I have followed HC for years and still look forward to it every morning!
