Chic in Palm Springs
by habituallychic
12 . 15 . 10I was going to post something else this morning but after I woke to 20 degree temperatures, I thought we could all use a little warmth. These photos of the Louis Vuitton 2011 Cruise collection were taken by Mark Segel at the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs and makes me want to book a trip pronto! I’ll be back with a decor related post when I return from visiting the Martha Stewart Show. Stay warm!

Yes, I thought this retro inspired shoot was fabulous!! I’m totally in love with that second ensemble – even the hat. I’ve already been out – frigid yet again!! You need your fur coat back!!
I needed to see inspiring pictures like these! It’s pretty cold and raining… not very beautiful. These pictures brought the sunshine here and lots of inspiration!
Gorgeous and feminine.

need some warmer weather here too! LOVE that white purse and could so see you in that dress from the same photo (but maybe without the little ‘gloves’)

Heather, I feel your pain…NYC’s weather right now is no joke.
From this post I make a declaration:
NO more winter shopping for me, I will begin my spring shopping ASAP.
Such a pretty collection. That strapless dress in the third photo is just…wow. I’m ready for a Palm Springs weekend!
Oh my goodness, I love the retro chic vibe of these photos! Are they for the LV ad campaign or are they editorial? Either way, I’m saving them all to my inspiration file!
Love the lady-like theme.
Wow!
I just love the use of the”BREEZE BLOCK’ wall in the first couple of pics!
What a perfect setting for the new LV collection!
