We can’t all have a make up artist on call everyday (ahem, Rachel Zoe) but we can still learn from their expertise.  Estée Lauder Creative Makeup Director Tom Pecheux and his team of makeup artists created the stunning look above on 30 models at the Derek Lam fashion show and included a chart.

If that is a little too dramatic for you, I suggest checking out Tom’s Pure Color line of cosmetics for Estée Lauder. I was lucky enough to receive some of the lip glosses and can attest to the fabulous colors and textures. Just make sure you learn from my mistake and don’t wear it on a windy day!
