July 26th is the birthday of Sir Michael Philip Jagger. I like to remember certain rock stars in heyday of their youth. These photos of Mick in the 1960’s and 70’s are as classic as his quotes. In the words of Mick, “a good thing never ends.” Rock on Mick!

The Stones are like old friends, they were part of my youth and part of my middle age. And the concerts have always been a blast no matter how old I am.
Interesting, I’m not really a Stones/Jagger fan, but I love the old photographs. And adore the Andy Warhol! Thanks for enlightening me 🙂

What a cool post! I can become completely consumed by old Stones images. Love the book about the Stones stay in South of France in the 70’s. Rock and old world interiors…unbeatable mix.
