Just in case you haven’t been following my Instagram stories, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been in Paris with four of their children on a family holiday. It’s also a bit of a honeymoon since they just tied the knot in Las Vegas and a birthday trip to celebrate Jennifer’s 53rd birthday on Monday. It’s been so much fun to not only see where they are going in the City of Light but to see what they are wearing. They flew private to Le Bourget on Thursday, July 21 so they didn’t have to worry about lost luggage like some people traveling to Europe this summer.

After arrival, they checked into the Hotel de Crillon on the Place de la Concorde.

Based on this photo of Jennifer looking out the window, I suspect they might be staying in the Karl Lagerfeld suite.

According to The Robb Report, “With his Appartements, he created one of the most lavish quarters in the French capital. For their first dinner in Paris on Thursday night, the family went to Le Matignon restaurant. Jennifer wore a Forte Forte long dress in cotton and silk voile with Andrea Wazen Antigone PVC Platform Ankle-Strap Sandals. The red dress is sold out now but there are so many other colors and styles which which to choose on their website.

Based on the fact that I know she did her own makeup for her wedding, I have a feeling that Jen did her own hair and makeup for this family trip. She’s worn it very straight in a ponytail, bun, or half up-do every day too. I don’t think we will see full glam until she’s in Capri to perform at LuisaViaRoma for UNICEF Gala in support of Ukrainians on July 30, 2022.

The couple must not have been able to sleep due to jet lag because they were seen in the Jardins des Champs Elysée at 7:30am on Friday, July 22. Sources say they sat there for two hours before heading off to shop in the Marais with their kids. “They were like two teens… very loving, very attentive,” adding: “There weren’t a lot of people that time of the morning, and they weren’t distracted. It was just them.”

Jennifer wore an Oscar de la Renta Floral Cotton Poplin Midi Dress and carried an Hermès Shiny Porosus Crocodile Birkin 35. She was seen in Tkees White Flip Flops but also changing into or out of a pair of Valentino Roman Stud Solo Ankle-Tie Gladiator Sandals on the street. Stars, they are just like us!

I read that they went to lunch at Gigi and then the Musee d’Orsay but I didn’t see any photos.

I think the general consensus about the wedding and this trip is that it’s so sweet to see these two come back together and be so love. “I’ve done probably 10,000 weddings now, and by this point in my life I get a feel of couples — I can really tell it was real,” Ryan Wolfe, the lead pastor at Grace Christian Center of Las Vegas who wed the couple at A Little White Wedding Chapel, told People. “After seeing them and the love they have for each other, I 100 percent believe they will last. They will make it. I believe they found their soulmates. I really do believe they’re meant for each other.”

On Friday, July 23, they went to dinner at Manko, a Peruvian restaurant. I have never eaten here in Paris but one of my French friends said it was good.

Jennifer wore a Forte Forte dress in habotai silk that is also sold out now but they have so many other options. She also wore Andrea Wazen Antigone PVC Platform Ankle-Strap Sandals and carried a Valentino Rockstud embellished bag.

On Saturday, July 23, the family took a boat tour of the Seine on the Petrus III. One of my followers had chartered the 71 foot teak gentleman’s yacht, built in 1953 and said she loved it. I’ll add it to my Paris Guide. It’s also been reported that they had lunch beforehand at Les Jardins du Presbourg but I can’t form this info.

I really loved this look on Jennifer which was the Reformation Tagliatelle Linen Dress that has a lot of sizes still available. She paired it with an old pair of Saint Laurent Mica Stud Mules that are no longer available. Other options you could try are the Bottega Veneta Intrecciato quilted leather mules, Jimmy Choo Diosa twisted leather mules, Staud Frankie ruched leather sandals, or Manolo Blahnik Tituba buckled suede sandals. I love that she packed a lot of older things from her closet for this trip.

She also carried the brown Gucci Diana Mini Tote Bag. The sunglasses are the Ray-Ban Outdoorsman Sunglasses that are only available with green lens so if you want a similar look, try the brown lens Ray-Ban Aviators.

The funnest part of this boat ride are the photos of Ben dead asleep on the bow. I talked to some of my followers who said that jetlag from Los Angeles with the nine hour time difference can be brutal. I bet the gentle rocking of the boat just lulled him to sleep. Lol.

After the boat ride, they went shopping in the Marais and to the Musée Picasso.

Saturday night was the night before Jennifer’s birthday so went all out for dinner with the family at the Hôtel Cheval Blanc. The Affleck family was reported to have eaten at Plénitude but according to an eyewitness follower, they actually ate at Langosteria. She said they were first seated inside then moved to another table at the terrace. They were told by the bodyguard that it was “family time” when they tried to approach them. She sent a pic but it was just of the kids so I didn’t want to post.

The Gucci Nojum floral silk fil coupé dress is online but there are no sizes available. You could try to find it at a store. I’ll try to find some less expensive options so check back. The pink velvet Dolce & Gabbana platform shoes were custom and she can be seen wearing them later in the trip. She also carried a Dolce & Gabbana Box crocodile-effect shoulder bag.

After dinner, the family went to Le Flore en l’Île for dessert. I have not been to this restaurant but a couple of my followers said they love it.

Saturday, July 24 was Jennifer’s birthday and the family celebrated with lunch at Loulou Restaurant in the Jardin de Tuilleries. I had lunch outside with my friends on my birthday trip and it was one of the highlights on a sunny April day.

Jennifer wore the Reformation Stassie Dress in a bright fuchsia color with Andrea Wazen Antigone PVC Platform Ankle-Strap Sandals, Max Mara Sunglasses, and a Valentino One Stud Small Leather Crossbody Bag in blossom.

She also wore the Foundrae charm necklace that Ben gave her last year on her birthday.

After lunch, they went sightseeing and shopping. They visited new Dior store at 30 Montaigne and La Galerie Dior Museum. They also had a personal shopping appointment at La Semaritaine department store with two of the store stylists.

Ben and Jen went out to dinner alone at Girafe for Jen’s birthday.

She was seen leaving the side door of Hotel de Crillon in a Et Ochs dress from resort 2023 that they told me will be available soon. She carried a Judith Leiber Couture Clutch. In her documentary Halftime, she talks about how green is her lucky color which might be why she was also carrying a green balloon.

They had a private table outside and Jen was seen dancing while Ben took photos of her releasing the ballon. He was also seen sharing an emotional moment with Jen. One of my followers said that her mother saw him do the same thing in first class on a flight to Milan so it’s nice to see that Ben has a soft side and that they really are in love.

“It’s refreshing and sweet for their friends and family to see how much they love and care for one another,” the source says. “Ben has been telling Jen how unbelievably happy he is that she is his wife,” while Lopez’s mother continues to gush that she “always knew Ben was the love of Jen’s life” and is “so happy that Ben is officially part of the family.” via ETOnline.

On Monday, July 25, Ben was seen taking his daughter Seraphina to lunch at Cyril Lignac’s Aux Prés and to shop at the historic Sennelier art supply store. Both of these are in my Paris Guide. Jen took Max and Emme shopping and stopped by Hermès for a private appointment.

Jen wore an old Dolce & Gabbana blouse with J.Brand jeans. You could try this Dolce & Gabbana Blouse instead. They no longer make J. Brand denim so I’d suggest these Frame Le Mini Boot mid-rise jeans. She also carried an old Yves Saint Laurent Studded Suede Bag that is no longer available but this Saint Laurent reversible suede and leather shoulder bag would be a great alternative. She also woreChloé Oversized Round Wire Sunglasses and Andrea Wazen Antigone PVC Platform Ankle-Strap Sandals.

They were later seen shopping at Sephora and Micromania with the kids and having a little pick me up at Hotel Costes which is my favorite place for lunch and people watching in Paris. I also buy their hand soap for my bathroom since the iconic scent always reminds me of Paris.

Later in the day, Jen and Ben both changed into fashions that were styled for them by the stylists at La Semaritaine the day before. Jen wore a new bright blue Alexander McQueen Balloon-Sleeve Cotton Midi-Dress switched to flat Repetto ballerinas and carried a new Dior Medium Book Tote.

She also wore a pair of black Otra Virgo sunglasses that are only $60. They are sold out but they are taking orders for when they are restocked. I bought the Sky Sunglasses and Stevie Sunglasses because J.Lo has inspired me to change up my sunglass game. Ben had on a new shirt from Acne and Dior low top sneakers.

The took a walk to the Tuilleries and then visited the L’Orangerie Museum. It was reported that they had dinner at Brasserie Lipp and then returned to Le Flore en l’Île for dessert. To be honest, I don’t love Lipp. I do enjoy people watching at Cafe de Flore but the food is not great their either. Head back to Le Bonaparte or Le Pré aux Clercs for better food. The latter is great when you need a salad. I always get the Le Pré aux Clercs salad with salmon.

I really liked the outfit that Jennifer wore on Tuesday, July 26 to have lunch on the terrace at Cafe Marly and for a tour of the Louvre with the family.

This outfit was actually one of the easier ones to find for me. Jen wore a pretty navy Dior Chez Moi D-Constellation Cashmere Intarsia Knit Sweater. In her defense, it was a little cooler in Paris yesterday. The navy is currently sold out but you can create an alert or buy the ivory Dior Chez Moi Sweater. The jeans are the Frame Le Baggy high-rise wide-leg jeans. The belt is Brunello Cucinelli buckle-fastening woven belt.

I’m wondering if the Hermès Birkin is a pale minty green color was a birthday present. I love the color. Less expensive options are the Mark Cross Madeline Lady Mini Quilted Napa Top-Handle Bag or the Valextra Iside Mini Leather Satchel Bag.

The green diamond earrings surrounded by pink diamonds from Beverly Hills Diamonds were a birthday gift from Ben. She has said that green is her lucky color. The green and pink diamonds also represent the colors of the two engagement rings that Ben gave to Jen.

She’s also wearing the Ray-Ban Outdoorsman Sunglasses that are only available with green lens so if you want a similar look, try the brown lens Ray-Ban Aviators. The pink velvet platforms are custom Dolce & Gabbana.

According to People, “following the visit to the Louvre, the couple returned to the refurbished Samaritaine department store they first visited Sunday, spending about two hours admiring its combination of Art Nouveau design and luxury products.” I posted a video of Ben outside the side door generously taking photos with fans while trying to take a smoke break. Ben is sober so he needs one vice.

“To cap the day, the family later headed out for a drive amid the lights of the Champs-Elysées to the historic Hotel George V to enjoy hot chocolates in the garden.”

On Wednesday, July 27, Jennifer left Paris with Max and Emme to travel to Italy. Her long time manager Benny Medina was seen greeting them on a yacht.

Thanks to stylist Loïcka Grâce who helped style this look at La Semaritaine, I was able to identify the Marni rear tie-fastening blouse for you. I still can’t find the jeans so if anyone recognizes them, please let me know. They could be old. A very close option is the Frame Le High Flare high-rise jeans.

The belt is the Valentino Reversible VLogo Leather Belt. The sunglasses are the Gucci Oversized Round Sunglasses that are available in two colors.

The shoes are vintage Gucci White T-strap Platform Pumps. I love the Jen brought old shoes on this trip. My best piece of advice is to never pack new shoes for a trip. Jen is also a mega-star who is being driven to and from each location in a van with a security team. She can wear platform heels because that’s her prerogative. The rest of us should probably wear sneakers or flat shoes when trying to walk around in Paris.

The piece-de resistance of this outfit is the Hermès Picnic Kelly Bag. I read that Jen had an appointment at Hermès yesterday so perhaps this was a birthday present to herself. Since the original is insanely expensive, it’s lucky for you that I already have a source for the best dupe. Savvy readers might also already own one since I’ve posted about Natural Bag Designers before. They have a small wicker bag which is 25cm size and a 31cm in both natural and white. I own the white in small and it’s an amazing quality for the price. I just ordered the tan. I think the small size is perfect but if you are taller, you could get the medium.

“Ben and Jen had the best time in Paris,” a source now tells ET. “They went to the most popular restaurants and really had the time of their lives. It was so nice being away together with their kids and just eat, relax, celebrate Jen’s birthday and have some time off from work. Jen and Ben both love Paris, and Jen especially finds it to be so romantic.”

The source adds that their kids “had so much fun with them, too,” while the couple still managed to make time to be alone together. The family was photographed enjoying a Seine river cruise, while Lopez and Affleck made headlines for their effortlessly chic date night style.

“Jen has been feeling great and wanted romantic and more laidback, sweet looks for their Paris trip,” the source adds. “She didn’t want to look exactly like how she does when she’s in L.A., but also wanted easy, comfortable clothes because they were walking a lot around the city and exploring as a family.”

I don’t always think Jen gets casual outfits right but I think she’s knocked it out of the park with this trip. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
