One More Week!
by habituallychic
08 . 27 . 09Next Thursday morning I will step off the plane in Paree! Hooray! It can’t come soon enough either! I’ve been busy trying to get lots of work done before I go which is why you are getting just a small post with one photo! But at least it’s a good one!
If you want to establish an international presence, you can’t do so from New York. You need the consecration of Paris. – Oscar de la Renta

Found this blog some days ago; good writing and wonderful, colourful pictures!
Going Paris in two weeks, have been there for 31 times, but this is the first holiday (even though also this is part holiday/part business trip): I am sure I will enjoy it and hope you will, too.
To the consecration of Paris!
Ugh! I am so excited for you!
(and maybe more than a little jealous!)
I’m heading to Paris *the same day*!!! Yay for us 🙂
The excitement must be bubbling over by now……………a week: so close, yet so far away!
Have a wonderful, trip!!
Oh my goodness, can you sleep at night? I think I would have a hard time sleeping, knowing that oh so very soon I would be in Paris! I’m more than a little jealous and awfully excited for you!
I fell in love all over again with Paris when I was there in March. It is such a beautiful place!
Paris in the fall is amazing and you will fill your soul with amazing impressions from one of the best cities on Earth.
Don’t forget to climb the long narrow stairs up to the hills of Montmartre. Buy a bottle of wine and sit on the steps of Sacré Cœur and look down at Paris as it lights up in the night – like strings of pearls. So divine!
Stroll through the Gardins de Luxembourg and watch the old men play Boulle.
Have dinner at ‘Brasserie Lip’ in Saint Germain de Pres (book in advance!)..
Bon voyage!
