The new June magazines are already out on the newsstands and I was pleasantly surprised that the new Town & Country is devoted to giving back! It couldn’t be better timing since my last two posts were about people and organizations that are all about giving back! I am visiting another fabulous group tomorrow and I can’t wait to introduce you to them soon! Remember, every little bit helps! (Oh, and check out my friend Eleanor’s beautiful wedding picture in the back! I love her dress!)
I am also beyond excited to congratulate New York interior designer David Lawrence on making the cover of the June issue of House Beautiful! I am so happy for him and I hope everyone will check out his beautiful spread! Since it’s supposed to rain for the entire week, there will be plenty of time to read them too!

Perhaps the thing I miss most about living in America is the easy access to American mags! A single issue purchased overseas is about 8-10E (or 10 – 12$)…needless to say I only pick them up few and far between!! That said, with your recommendation I’ll head to KaDeWe to pick up this months House Beautiful! The cover looks gorgeous!
I remember your post on David Lawrence and the beautiful rooms he designed. He’s been one of my favorite designers ever since!
It seems it is always all about giving…with money, prayers, times, blogging, joy, contentment..I could go on. It seems that with the economic situation, everyone seems to be giving a little more–it feels really good. Keep reminding me!

The Antiques Diva – but all of our magazines are folding so I end up buying foreign magazines for the the same as you pay for yours.

Mary – I was thinking about that. Everyone has a way to give whether it’s donating their time or money or in my case, posting about all these great organizations. Everyone can do something!
