I told you that I never met a pair of gold shoes I didn’t like so of course I couldn’t resist this pair from the Calypso Outlet on Broome Street. They make me feel like Sienna Miller, albeit a slightly less Bohemian version. They also come in silver. You’ve been warned!

you do realize you are making some foot fetishist out there very happy, don’t you? 😉

your new gold shoes are hot, and your pedicure is lovely, btw. (no, the foot fetishist i was referring to is NOT moiself- i just appreciate good work).

Hahahahaha! The thought did actually cross my mind but they were just too cute not to share! I mean the shoes, not my feet!

I did once have a guy in an elevator tell me he remembered me from my pedicure months after I stopped working in that building. Slightly creepy!

The gold shoes are gorgeous but that pedicure is outstanding. Absolutely love your blog.

Seriously, I love the nail color. Gorgeous! And love your new gold shoes – they’re perfectly delicate.

I doubt Sienna Miller bathes regularly, let alone gets fabulous manicures like yours.

I second (third?) all the remarks on the awesomeness of your pedicure. Good job and great summer shoes!

But do give us the polish colour please – enquiring minds and all that…(OPI Coney Island Cotton Candy? Essie Mademoiselle? Or perhaps something beige-er?)

Sorry for the delay in naming the polish. It’s a base coat of Adore-A-Ball topped with one coat of Potato Fields. I think it helped that they were both new bottles. You also have to try to find the Adore-A-Ball that looks more beige than pink. Good luck!

    Ooooh, pretty!

The name of a polish is Potato Fields? Cracks me up.
