This morning, I headed down to Soho in 90 degree humidity for a preview of Banana Republic‘s new home and fashion collections in their new temporary space at 515 Broadway. First, I want to clarify that this is not a sponsored post. I have already been loving the fall fashions from Banana Republic and I think the new home collection is very well done. The quality in person is excellent and since many interior designers follow me, I thought this would be of interest. Some pieces are made in North Carolina where most furniture manufacturers in the US are based and other special items like lighting and artwork have been commissioned by artists in many different countries. Many pieces can be found online now but some things I saw were a preview of spring for home as well as fashions for men and women. In stock items can be delivered in a few weeks but custom orders will take longer but delivery will be white glove which is nice. Banana Republic also have a lovely collection for babies and toddlers including very soft cashmere. It’s a one stop shop for chicness you should definitely check out after the heat wave abates.

I ran into someone I haven’t seen in years and she mentioned by Paris posts so it felt serendipitous that we were standing by this Paris Sofa. I don’t see it online yet so it might be a spring preview piece or coming soon.
