My friend Ana Mari Ortega mentioned that she was looking for a new tote bag so I told her that I would put some options together in a post. An Instagram follower also asked for my opinion about buying a Goyard tote. If you have one, by all means, keep using it but I don’t think I’d buy a new one these days. I prefer simple styles with a small logo or no logo at all. My other major criteria is that it has to be a shoulder bag since most of us will be lugging a lot in them. I bought the Khaite Tote Bag above in oxblood (color no longer available) last fall and it’s the tote that I took to Paris. The roomy size made it great as a carry on bag too.
