I had meant to get my Father’s Day gift guide up earlier this week but my trip to the Hamptons caused a delay but don’t worry, you still have plenty of time to shop. Father’s Day is a great time to treat the men in your life to things they might not buy themselves or an elevated version of something they use all the time or something they didn’t even know they needed. I’ve put together a lot of ideas if you need a little guidance. A lot of them would be good for recent grads as well so you can cross them off your gift list too.
I doubt that may men would get something for themselves monogramed so I think anything with their initials would be a great gift. I love this Baseball Leather Catchall, Baseball Leather Travel Pouch, Baseball Leather Watch Roll, Leather Wallets, and Leather Keychains.
Has someone’s grill seen better days? How about gifting them this Weber Blue Performer Deluxe Charcoal Grill for Father’s Day/
Add a set of Monogramed BBQ Grill Tools to the grill and you’ll be named wife of the year.
This review ofFrench Grill: 125 Refined & Rustic Recipes sounds good to me. “When it comes to France, you don’t normally think of barbecue, but Susan Hermann Loomis has channeled the grilling of her native America through the cuisine of her adoptive France in 125 stylish, bold-flavored recipes that will inspire you to fire up your grill.” ―Steven Raichlen, Project Smoke
This Fusion Lawn Chair is so tricked out that I almost want one. It looks perfect for any dad who spends a lot of time outside or watching his kids play sports.
I see a lot of men in bad sunglasses. If you know one, these Ray Ban Classic Clubmaster Sunglasses would be a great gift.
Nothing says summer like an American Flag Needlepoint Belt. There are other options here if you think dad would like another motif like golf, tennis, sailing, or dogs.
For the men who wear suits to work, I love this Tie Bar 8 Piece Gift Set that includes a “combination of silk ties, linen pocket squares, cotton pocket squares, pairs of cotton-blend dress socks, and other accessories such as collar stays and tie clips. Items can be paired together or worn separately.”
Although it feels like every man has a beard, this Harry’s Shave Set is a chic gift for those who enjoy a clean face.
This Golf Club Bluetooth Speaker and Power Bank is so cool that it makes me wish I played golf. It can’t hit balls but it can play the hits and charge your phone.
A fun book for a movie and golf buff is Caddyshack: The Making of a Hollywood Cinderella Story.
If you want to give the gift to end all gifts, how about this Herschel Supply Co. Trade 23-Inch Wheeled Carry-On with tickets to New York and the U.S. Open Golf Championship at Shinnecock Hills Golf Course. Or maybe a ticket to England and Wimbledon.
Instead of a luggage tag from his favorite airline, this Nantucket Needlepoint Luggage Tag would be a nice upgrade. There are other styles available here.
For the dad who travels a lot or wants a good cup of coffee while camping, the Minipresso GR Portable Espresso Machine is the present for him.
If your dad has watches lying around all willy nilly, this Wood Watch Box is the gift for him.
I would also add this Shinola Watch to the watch box before giving it to him.
You could give the man in your life The Italian Dream book alone or maybe tuck a ticket to Italy inside too.
Some dads wear terrible sneakers so these Cole Haan GrandPro Tennis Sneakers could be a style upgrade. They also come in grey and a tan/wine color.
A great manly Overnight Bag for any man or dad.
Leica is the Rolls Royce of cameras and if your guy needs something better than an iPhone, this Leica V-LUX Typ 114 Compact Camera is just the ticket.
You could also take a photo of your family and give it to dad in this chic Tortoise Picture Frame.
The gift of a Bocce Ball Set is a present for the whole family.
How about a Yeti Cooler with a six pack of his favorite beverage?
A fancy Backgammon Set is perfect for the man who has everything.
The Italian Gentleman book is for the father who could use a little sprezzatura.
Another great Tie Bar 8 Piece Set.
I still think Le Labo Santal 33 is a great unisex fragrance but if you need a chance, Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt Cologne is a lovely scent.
Switch II Turntable & Speakers Entertainment System is for the analog dad in a digital world.
Happy Father’s Day!
XOXO,
HC
