It’s grey and rainy in New York this morning so I feel like it’s the perfect time to post a pretty sun filled garden. The garden in question located in Montecito, California also happens to belong to Oprah and has been recently featured in Veranda. I know quite a few people who live in this same area of Santa Barbara and you can see why Oprah loved it too. It’s an idyllic and beautiful area where people take a walk on the beach every day and can create year round gardens.

I was shopping in Celine on Madison Avenue a few weeks back when I came face to face with Oprah who was also in the store. It’s an unwritten rule that New Yorkers do not speak to celebrities so I didn’t say anything to her. But if I had seen these photos of her garden, I definitely would have told her how much I love her roses.
