Just a quick note to let you know that I’m visiting Charleston this weekend. My friend and I walked over seven miles yesterday exploring the city and have loved every minute so far. I’m also really enjoying the Planter’s Inn where I am staying. The Ultimate Coconut Cake from their restaurant, The Peninsula Grill, really does live up to all the hype. We’re planning to visit the Nathaniel Russell House today and do a little shopping on King Street. The best place to follow along in real time is Instagram.
