Before you start buying gifts for everyone on your holiday list, you may want to take advantage of all the great sales to pick up something for yourself. I thought I’d share a few of things I added to my wardrobe and beauty routine this fall. Bon weekend!

I love double-faced coats and this Double-Face Car Coat from the Gap has been perfect for the warmer temperatures we’ve been having in NYC. I bought it in grey since that’s my go to color for fall and winter but it is also available in black, navy, camel, and ivory. Keep in mind that double-faced means the coat is not lined. It’s great for transitional dressing and more temperate climates. It comes in regular, tall, and petite and is 40% off with the code YAY until November 21, 2016.

There is nothing better than changing into a soft pair of lounge pants when you get home from a long day, especially in the winter. I need a few new pairs and these Pure Body Straight Leg Pants are a great mid-weight that are nice enough to wear outside. They are also 40% off with the code YAY.

I missed out on this grey Cashmere Turtleneck Sweater last winter so I wasn’t letting it get away again. It’s the perfect sweater to wear casually with jeans or to pair with a wool skirt. It is also available in black, burgundy, and camel and is 30% off with the code FESTIVE until November 21, 2016.

I’ve never met a grey dress I didn’t like. During the day in the winter, I wear them with flat brown boots and at night I switch to pumps or black heeled boots. This Flared Knit Midi Dress with Velvet Tie is a great addition to my grey dress collection. I will warn you that the sleeves and hem are very long. Longer than it looks on the mode online. I’m going to drop it at my tailor for alterations but it’s shame they didn’t offer it in petite. But it’s 30% off with the code FESTIVE so that makes up for it.

I wasn’t joking about loving a grey dress. I just bought this grey Everlane Cashmere Sweater Dress at their pop up shop. It’s also available in black.

I always wear flats when I’m running around New York during the day and these Suede D’Orsay Flats are surprisingly comfortable. So comfortable that I bought them in black and wild boar colors. I would have bought them in green too but they didn’t have my size.

I really can’t believe I resisted the sneaker trend for so long. I’m making up for lost time by ordering fun new pairs. I hope these Veja Holiday Bastille Sneakers look more buff than pink in person when they finally arrive. I thought they’d be good for navigating the cobblestones in Charleston when I visit the city in two weeks.

I need to put together an updated beauty post and a make up post soon but until then, I highly recommend this Dr. Dennis Gross Marine Hydrating Modeling Mask. The box contains four masks that you mix yourself in the four bowls included to activate. The bright blue mask sets up quickly and you can peel the entire thing off which makes for easy clean up. It leaves your skin plumped up and moisturized so it’s perfect for the exhausting holiday party season.

I bought this Violet Grey Crimson Red Gift Set for myself in Los Angeles earlier this year but just started using the nail polish. The set is the perfect red set for the holidays to give to yourself or a friend.
