My friend Tim and I decided to check out the new hotel 11 Howard while we were in Soho last week. Part of the hotel includes the new restaurant Le Coucou which is collaboration between chef Daniel Rose of Spring and La Bourse et La Vie in Paris and famed restaurateur Stephen Starr of Starr Restaurants. I look forward to booking a reservation so I can experience their French cuisine in the charming Roman and Williams designed interiors. It looks like a match made in heaven and a restaurant that might be around for a while.
