Just a quick note to let you all know that I’m having a wonderful time in Paris with Chanel to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Sublimage. We’ve been scheduled from morning until night with amazing activities and meals. I look forward to sharing a more in depth look at my trip after I return but wanted to you a glimpse into my tour of Coco Chanel’s iconic apartment.

Her former home at 31 rue Cambon and the famous mirrored stairs have recently been declared a historic monument in Paris and it’s easy to see why. The Coromandel screens are not just displayed but also hung on the wall almost like wallpaper and the decor still looks fresh and modern so many years after its creation. The symbolism through out is still used as inspiration for all the Chanel collections of fashion, jewelry, and beauty.

Visiting in person was a bucket list item and I’m so grateful to Chanel for the opportunity. Merci beaucoup!
