Italy Advice Needed

As I mentioned previously, I’m planning a trip to Italy this September/October that will include Milan, Venice, Rome, and Florence. Obviously, I know all the major sights but if you have any recommendations for places off the beaten path, charming cafes or new stores, please let me know.
