I’ve already started to organize my closet for fall. While doing so, I’ve been trying to put some new outfits together.  I’m very excited for the first crisp September day so I can wear these new pieces from J. McLaughlin.

Dont forget, J. McLaughlin is generously offering HC readers 15% off full price merchandise from August 27-30, 2015 with the code FALLCHIC.

Langley Vest – Can’t you just see wearing this vest to go apple picking or to a college football game this autumn?  It’s the perfect layering piece.

Rigby Sweater – I love the slight sheen to this loose knit sweater. It’s perfect for casual weekends but I could also see it dressed up for the office.

Felicity Pants – These pants are billed as a “sophisticated alternative to jeans” and I couldn’t agree more. I would also wear these to meetings with a blouse and blazer.

Heraldic Tassel Silk Scarf – While I might not actually wear this scarf around my neck, it would be perfect to tie on the handle of my vintage Hermès Kelly bag.

Traditional Home – Fun fact: the Upper East Side home of J. McLaughlin founder Kevin McLaughlin and his family is featured in the September 2015 issue.  I’ve walked past their chartreuse door so many times without knowing it was theirs.

Rodin Olio Lusso – I just stocked up this fabulous face oil for fall.  It’s one of the best products I’ve ever used and even though it’s very expensive, it’s definitely worth it. I am really tempted to splurge on the hand cream too.

Tom Ford Ultra Shine Lip Gloss – I’m also transitioning my make up for fall too which means darker colors like this luxurious lip gloss.

Bon week-end !
