As I mentioned before, I love when homes I’ve visited are featured online since it gives me the chance to see all the other rooms in the house.  Such is the case with California abode of artist and designer Lulu deKwiatkowski featured on One Kings Lane. I photographed Lulu and her studio space for my book Creativity at Work but didn’t get to see the more private areas during my visit. (If you have a good eye, you’ll see my book on her bookshelves.) I love that her Lulu DK fabrics and Lulu DK for Matouk bed linens make an appearance in every room. I also love that Lulu is another New Yorker who made a successful move to the West Coast.  I always feel like maybe I’ll end up there someday when I finally tire of the snow.  Until then, I’ll live vicariously through those who live there now including Lulu.
