Chic at Work: Everlane
by habituallychic
11 . 17 . 14I’ve been wearing Everlane since 2012 so when I was in San Francisco, I couldn’t wait to pay a visit to their office to see where the magic happens. For those of you not familiar with them, Everlane is billed as “luxury essentials without traditional retail markeups.” It was founded by Michael Preysman who decided to rethink how the way retail works. Fashion brands usually don’t work when tech people get involved, but in this case, it works perfectly. The styles are classic yet modern and because they only sell online they are able to offer amazing prices on their cashmere sweaters, shirts, shoes, bags, and accessories for men and women. I own one of everything and even took advantage of Everlane‘s one hour delivery in San Francisco to pick up a new Chunky Knit Cardigan. I am happy to report that one hour delivery will soon be rolling out in New York too. Arriving this week are new tech tech cases and a stationery collaboration with Paper Chase Press titled Everlane Shorthand. Can’t wait to see what will be next!
Happy Shopping!
