The one bad thing about living in Europe is that you feel a bit behind the times when it comes to films and television.  (Or at least until you figure out how to unblock Netflix in France.) I just saw the trailer for Woody Allen’s new film Magic in the Moonlight and I’m very jealous that it will be released in the US on July 25th. It looks utterly charming. It stars Emma Stone as a medium who may or may not be deceiving a wealthy family in the South of France in the 1920’s. Colin Firth is hired to debunk her but just might end up falling under her spell too. The costumes and sets alone look to be worth the price of admission. See it for me and report back s’il vous plait.
