Beautiful Catastrophe

It is a beautiful catastrophe.”- Le Corbusier
Today, August 6, 2012, marks my 11th anniversary in New York. As I look back, at the good times and the bad, I think “beautiful catastrophe” sums up what it’s like to live in this city. It’s not always easy but most of us can’t imagine living anywhere else. I’m especially excited to see what unfolds in this next year as my book is released and I embark on new adventures. Let’s hear it for New York.

Congratulations, Heather! Can’t wait for the book. The day it arrives will be a “Don’t bug Mom” day.
Happy 11th NYC anniversary! Cannot wait to get your book in a few months!
I grew up in Milwaukee and have dreamt of living in NYC since I first visited. Congrats to you! Enjoy every second you have there! 🙂
