Just Breathe

by habituallychic

04 . 04 . 12
When I couldn’t make it back uptown for a noon conference call today, I decided to sit outside and take it in Bryant Park.  It was the best decision I ever made.  Studies say that a walk in the park is the best stress reliever and I have to agree.  The abundant sunshine and warmer temperatures also helped.  Hope you can get out this week and enjoy some nature or maybe just looking at these images will help. Enjoy!

I do tend to hold my breath when stressed so am making a conscious effort to breathe correctly. Plus I am going for a walk in the morning!

Love this! I now live in the city but sometimes I miss my parent’s back yard back home. And the front porch with the ceiling fan and swing. Loved those lazy days.
