One of the places that we aren’t visiting in Morocco is Tangier, the birthplace of fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent.  These photos are of one of his homes that was sold after his death, Villa Mabrouka which means House of Luck.  It’s a melange of Moroccan influences and a little chintz that refers back to the home’s original owners.  Even though we’re not going to Tangier, I am excited to visit the country that Yves Saint Laurent loved so much. Hope it brings me luck too.
