NYIGF 2011: Jonathan Adler
by habituallychic
01 . 31 . 11Since the Jonathan Adler booth is the first one I visit at the New York International Gift Fair (NYIGF), I always like to start with the creative, colorful, and cheeky designer. Each year, I wonder what he will come up with next and of course he never disappoints. I especially love table and pillow designs but the cutest piece has to be the mustache topped cork screw. Very cheeky indeed!

Hello my dear Heather!
Did you have a good weekend? I hope you did and it’s not too cold there.
I love JA! He’s one of my favorite. He’s not only very talented but he’s also an amazing person. So FUN!
Colors! Yes! We all need it at this time of the year!

a client just installed that mirror (the one above the bureau) in her bathroom above her vanity table. I wondered where she got it -it’s fabulous! Now I know!
Love those new pillows!
Great stuff! That corkscrew is fab! And his pillows are always so great!
Love the pictures. So nice to meet you yesterday!!
Thank you so much for adding my blog to your list. You have no idea how many new readers I have because of you!!!!
Such fun stuff! Yummy pillows. But the corkscrew is the BEST!
I like the idea of hanging pillows on the wall as art. That could look cool above a bed.
I love everything, so glad to see it all here. Are those devil lamps? Very cheeky indeed!
Looks like such fun, it’s a pity there is absolutely nothing like that here in Tokyo! There is a market for all this stuff, but Japan is sooooo expensive to bring things in.
Anyway, I just bought a cute little ceramic tray which I think might be Jonathan Adler (I am sure I have seen it somewhere in blog land before, do you know if he has a backstamp on his ceramics?
Love your blog, you are so well informed and on the ball. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge.
