When I found out that Plum TV would be interviewing Kate and Andy Spade for their Style Innovators video series, I had my fingers crossed it would include their apartment. Not only does host Adam Rapoport tour their New York apartment but also their Southampton home! Since I can’t see them in person myself, this is the next best thing. Such a stylish couple. I bought my first ‘world of interiors’ magazine when their nyc apt was on the cover and have been a devotee of the magazine ever since.

I once sat next to Kate Spade and her daughter at Pastis. We joked about her daugther’s obsession with my fries and I found her absolutely delightful. I like to believe it’s the Midwesterner in her.
