Curvy Christina

10 . 07 . 10Curvy girls rejoice! Harper’s Bazaar has chosen Mad Men star Christina Hendricks as their November cover girl. I’m especially impressed because we all know other fashion magazines don’t acknowledge anyone over a size 2. Don’t forget to watch Mad Men Sunday! Bon Weekend!

We love Christina Hendricks and kudos for Bazaar for featuring her.
I’m obsessed with Mad Men and I absolutely Christina’s curvy look.

Probably my favourite actress right now – love her look too!!
Christina
This is a coup, in my opinion. She is universally, undeniably gorgeous and seems incredibly confident in her womanhood. I hope this spurs more of a trend to showcase increased physical diversity in fashion. Cuz a size two — plus a size 4 — is still quite an elusive standard for many of us!

No doubt she’s beautiful! I don’t know any men who prefer skinny bony women!
oh Christina Hendricks, i think i have a girl crush on you!
And that hair colour, i used to loathe red hair but now it keeps drawing me in.
I’ve never seen the show but so glad to see a magazine using a real life woman instead of a stick figure.
Saw her at dinner in LA a few weeks ago. Tall, beautiful and thin, even if not by Hollywood standards. I just wish photographers would stop with shots of her eating something “sexily”…she is such a fine actress and to just forcus on what makes her “sexy” seems unfair. Hopefully she takes it all in stride.
looking at her pictures, thinking that is the perfect figure…
i absolutely love her. she’s gorgeous!
Not too long ago through the world of blogging, I became aware of Mad Men and watched three seasons in about three weeks. It’s a great show and Christina’s character is strong and cool- in the sense of calm. She’s a great actress and she looks fabulous. What comes to mind right now is her interaction with the visitors from China who couldn’t quit staring at her breasts and how moving her acting was when President Kennedy died. She’s great! Thanks Heather.
