Habitually Chic: Balsamo Antiques
by habituallychic
10 . 05 . 08I had the pleasure of meeting a lot of interesting people at the Flair party including Ray Attanasio who is one of the owners of Balsamo Antiques in Pine Plains, NY near Hudson. At first I thought it was just a antiques shop but after checking out their website, I realized that they also practice interior design. The style is much different from Flair but still beautiful and inspiring “eclectic mix of European antiquities for home and garden.” Enjoy!

Great entry! Stunning Antiques
This is PURE houseporn -yummy!
I love the sophisticated neutrals. Smart and stylish and anything but boring… Linked your blog on my site by the way 🙂
I have always loved this shop; I went to its opening years ago and have been a fan ever since. The owners have a great collective eye.

Thank you for this post. I always love their booth at the Chicago Botanical Garden Antique Show.
I love, love, love this take on traditional residential design. This look, in my humble opinion, is how to do trad homes in the 21st century. Beautiful antiques and objects, subtle color and clean lines. Fabulous!
