Ghostly White
by habituallychic
10 . 31 . 08There is something about white pumpkins that I am loving this year which is funny since orange is my favorite color. I bought a few for my apartment and used them to decorate for the party last weekend. The smaller ones are especially cute and will look nice displayed until Thanksgiving. I wish I was as ambitious as Martha Stewart and could carve lacy designs into them but I don’t see that ever happening. Bon Weekend!

The mini white and orange ‘kins make great votive holders for a holiday table or entry hall display! 🙂
Oh yes, I love those white pumpkins! Happy Halloween, my dear!
I love how, when perforated by Martha, the pumpkins look like creamware. My hands just aren’t that steady, alas.
You have a beautiful blog. I love to decorate but then I love my art and mixed media….White pumpkins are really cool!! Nice to meet you, please come say hello at my blog.
I love your white pumpkins – we can’t all be Martha!
Ok, being an Australian I don’t do Halloween, BUT, if I was, I would have to copy your white pumpkins idea – just gorgeous. The image of them in front of your books is just beautiful xx
I too have been loving white pumpkins this year. I plan to use them and feathers on my Thanksgiving table.
I wonder what Martha used to make that design – I’ll have to check it out on her site – it must be some type of template pushed into the pumpkin…? I too love white pumpkins, and I also love those fairytale versions – so Cinderella!
