Stylist Lili Diallo’s Chic Brooklyn Loft

I’ve managed to contract the plague that is going around New York right now so I’m too busy chugging cough syrup and watching the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice to write anything coherent. Until I recover, I’m leaving you with some lovely photos of stylist Lili Diallo’s Brooklyn loft. I think this is a prime example of the type of features that Domino does best. A very personal home that is filled with treasures from around the world and is full of personality. Unlike me a the moment. Enjoy!

loving the white chesterfield sofa, but not so much the sofa covered by the blanket. imho, if you have sofas covered by blankets, perhaps your apartment is not quite ready to be published…

feel better, chic, i had the flukemia twice this year myself, and the second time it decided to go away for a few days and then come back to kick my ass again. so take care of yourself, and even when you are feeling better, continue to take it easy, because it could be a trick- like what happened to me!

Great photos! I hope you start feeling better! Too bad you can’t be tucked in bed at Netherton like Jane and waited on until you feel better….look out for Caroline Bingley – she’s brutal.

Looks amazing! Please tell me there are mice, or clanging pipes or leaky faucets- just to keep it real!
I had an apartment that had such charm, and everyone loved it – especially when I told them that I had to sleep in my coat during the Winter!
Am I dreaming, this place is so arty, so much style!
This place would make me feel better even on the sickest of days!

Nice! What is the fabric on the dining room table?

Maison21, I’m not too keen on blankets covering sofas either but everything else was so pretty that I gave her a pass on that.

I am feeling better but I still can’t shake this stupid cough. So annoying!

Annechovie, I’m partial to Pemberley myself 😉 Thanks for the well wishes!

PVE Designs, New York apartments always have problems no matter how pretty they look. My last one was also freezing. I could never warm up but my current apartment is always toasty warm. I love it!

CB, I love the still life and the bookcase! The whole apartment is so interesting!

Julia, the fabric on the dining table was made in Tahiti! Must be nice!

I agree that this is part — a huge part — of what domino does best! And Diallo is so talented, sophisticated.

    Feel better!

This home has just the right amount of color–bright and cheerful without being ridiculous. Everytime I see one of those vertical bookshelves, I get the itch to buy one.

    Hope you are feeling better

I saw this featured in Living etc and her loft is gorgeous. The style is so fresh yet funky; the kitchen is lovely and her work space is cool too. I LOVE her style.
