I know I’ve been posting fall fashions non-stop but I’m interrupting my coverage to talk about spring. Designers in New York just sent their spring/summer 2020 fashions down the runway and and now you can shop what’s next by pre-ordering items from the Moda Operandi Trunkshows. Lauren Santo Domingo co-founder Moda Operandi to give customers a way to order what they wanted straight from the runways instead of waiting to see if some retailer decided to buy their favorite piece. During Moda Operandi Trunkshows, you choose the fashions you want and pay a deposit which guarantees your size and color choice will be made to order just for you.

Moda Operandi doesn’t just offer fashion brands in their trunkshows. They also have jewelry, shoes, bags, menswear, and tabletop and accessories for the home. Just some of the great brands available right now from the Moda Operandi Trunkshows include Zimmermann, Ulla Johnson, Carolina Herrera, Tory Burch, Khaite, and Mark Cross. Some new to me brands that I’m excited about are Ephemera, Little Liffner, and Brinker and Eliza. I’ve put some outfits together with my favorite pieces to get you started.

Yellow was a big color on the spring/summer 2020 runways. Plan ahead for spring galas and events with this Carolina Herrera Sleeveless V-Neck A-Line Floral Print Gown.

I know most people wouldn’t do it but how chic would it be if someone paired these Zimmermann Satin Slides with a ball gown?

This Mini Pouch Top Handle Bag has a gold shoulder strap and is also available in yellow and pink.

This Ouroboros Snake Skin Ring is one of the chicest pieces of jewelry I’ve seen in a while.

This Tory Burch Madeline Oversized Cardigan screams spring and sailing on an old wooden sailboat.

Tory Burch showed the Tory Burch Madeline Oversized Cardigan with navy pants but I would pair it with these High-Waisted Jacquard Wide-Leg Pants.

Who couldn’t use a pair of Polka-Dot Canvas Pumps for spring and summer?

I’ve been looking for a red handbag like this Dillen Quilted Frame Bag.

I’m loving everything from the brand Bouguessa but especially this yellow Linen Blend Belted Shirt Dress.

The Hermes Oran slides are very played out at this point so try these Staud Chris Croc-Effect Leather Sandals instead.

I’m really loving the brand Little Liffner and this Open Tulip Large Leather Tote. It’s also available in white.

I’m also loving the jewelry brand Brinker & Eliza and these In The Action Earrings. Their prices are very accessible too.

If you’re looking for a spring splurge, make it this Vhernier 18K Pink Gold Abbraccio Ring. It’s insanely chic and you’ll have it forever.

Khaite is one of the chicest brands and this Jordyn Plissé Dress could be dressed up or down in a multitude of ways next spring and summer.

I love the bareness of these Knotted Strap Sandals. They’re available in white or red.

This Hayward Python Evening Clutch is calling my name. Snakeskin is only of the only patterns I like.

This Lucky Necklace would be pretty with all your summer dresses.

This Striped Fit And Flare Dress is one that I could see myself wearing all summer long.

If you think you cam’t wear a yellow dress, add these yellow Satin Bow-Embellished Pumps to your wardrobe for a pop of color.

I love that this Little Lady Lizard-Effect Top Handle Bag also has a shoulder strap.

I wear my gold bracelet every day and this End Game Bracelet would be a chic option for spring.

I absolutely love the pattern of this Ephemera Wovens Woodstock Sun Dress but it’s available in a few other styles so you can find the one that’s most flattering for you.

The print is also available in this Ephemera Lycra Woodstock Balconette One Piece and a bikini.

I love the elevated yet still casual look of these Satin Slides.

Take this Mark Cross Cote D’Antibes Raffia Tote from the beach to dinner next summer.

I really want this Brinker & Eliza Simple Pleasures Necklace for myself. It looks like a necklace I’d wear every single day with all my summer dresses.

Hope this helps you plan your spring and summer 2020 wardrobe!

XOXO,

HC
