It feels like winter again in New York but if you decorated as colorfully as interior designer Meg Braff, it can feel like spring all year long. Her new Locust Valley house is featured in the new May/June 2019 issue of Veranda and it looks like a ray of sunshine. Meg is originally from Mississippi and I feel like Southerners really know how to decorate with color. This house that took three years to renovate and reconfigure runs the gamut from chartreuse to peacock blue and everything in between. “I love walking from room to room and experiencing how the different tones work together, like they’re all speaking to each other in a beautiful, congenial way,” says Meg in the article. I’ve mixed photos by Annie Schlechter with photos from Meg’s website to give you the grand tour. To read the whole story and find credits, pick up the May/June 2019 issue of Veranda or click here.
