Small Space, Big Style

As soon as I saw this Gramercy Park apartment on Clever, I knew I wanted to share it with you. It belongs to Michael DePerno and Andrew Fry, the founders of the Plain Goods store in New Preston, Connecticut. At 800-square feet, it’s not actually that small but it does have small areas like the kitchen tucked into a closet sized space. It’s also full of great ideas and inspiration for anyone who likes classic yet minimal style. Clutter is kept to a minimum so each piece stands out and becomes an important focal piece. It should also be an example to men of how to decorate a grown up apartment without a giant flat screen tv and black leather sofas. I look forward to checking out their store when the weather finally warms up.
