As many times as I’ve seen the uptown apartment of Kate and Andy Spade, I never tire of seeing it. While someone in the design world recently announced that gallery walls of art are out style, they are never passé for those who actually have a large collection of art and only so many walls on which to hang them. An entry hall is often an overlooked space that is a pass through on the way to other rooms but when it’s hung floor to ceiling with art, it becomes a spectacular welcome.
