When I was in London a few years ago, I had the pleasure of visiting Ben Pentreath‘s very elegant office and chic shop Pentreath & Hall. Unfortunately, Ben was traveling so we weren’t able to meet but I feel like I’ve gotten to know him by following his Instagram account. It chronicles his London life but also his gorgeous Dorset parsonage (a church house provided for a member of the clergy) and garden, as well as visits to design projects and historic homes.  While I love the interior photos, the flowering English garden photos are my favorite images. They make me feel relaxed just looking at them.

I highly recommend you follow Ben Pentreath and pick up a copy of his book English Decoration: Timeless Inspiration for the Contemporary Home.
