I never tire of seeing Aerin Lauder’s Southampton home because it’s so warm and welcoming.  It recently welcomed Garence Doré who photographed her visit which included a look at Aerin’s new Rose de Grasse perfume and a lovely lunch. As Garance mentions, the house could be intimidating because it belonged to Estée Lauder but Aerin has managed to create a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for guests and events but also for her family.  I always imagine weekends out East with her two sons doing cannonballs in the pool. Perhaps Garance should return and photograph that next.
