Summer hasn’t even officially started yet and the city is already hot and sticky.  Good thing that Emerson Fry just debuted their Core Dress today. The low back tank dress comes in five colors and can be styled in a multitude of ways.  You can keep it light and let it hang loose or belt it under a blazer for a great day to night look.
