Today I had the pleasure of attending the Carolina Herrera resort 2016 preview.  It would have been an outside garden party if the weather had cooperated but it was no less fun or chic indoors.

According to the notes, the resort collection began with a feather illustration. “The idea of lightness, grace, and simplicity too shape in color, silhouette and materials. Brilliant yellow, coral, soft blue and blossom red on silk crepe de chine and techno jersey and a single carnation stem and delicate feather print motifs embody the spirit of the season.”

The collection is easy and effortless with a sense of understated elegance and refined ethereality. “Fashion is to please the eye and the Carolina Herrera resort collection celebrates beauty and the women who embrace it.” Sounds and looks good to me. I’m going to start saving up for it right now.
