Sandals Season
by habituallychic
04 . 01 . 15It’s not sandals season just yet especially since we had snow flurried yesterday mixed in with the rain. But I always think it’s a good idea to get a jump start on the season so you can buy what you want in your size before they sell out. I am sad that my favorite Christian Louboutin tan sandals are probably not going to make it much longer so this seems like a great time to look for a replacement.
A very simple and well priced pair are the tan sandals from Ancient Greek Sandals above that could be an option.
A similar but slightly fancier pair of tan sandals are these embellished options from Marni.
There is also this other embellished pair from Marni although I prefer the touch of green in the other pair.
I actually own this two tone pair from Chloe. I bought them at the end of season sale at Le Bon Marche last summer. I wanted to wear them with skirts so I am embarrassed to say I cut off the ankle strap.
Culottes are the hot look for spring and these Chloe sandals would be perfect paired with the wider leg style. I love Chloe shoes of any style because they are so comfortable too.
If you want something a little more special, I love these studded Valentino sandals.
Another casual yet fancy sandals are this pair from Michael Kors. They’d look great with a full midi skirt or dress.
I’m leaning toward these tan sandals from Manolo Blahnik to pair with white jeans if it ever gets warm.
I also love this gold and tan pair of Jimmy Choo sandals.
Just as I thought I had made up my mind, I saw this pair of multi-colored and tasseled sandals from Isabel Marant Etoile.
I have an old pair of leopard ponyhair flip flops from J.Crew and these from K. Jacques would be a nice upgrade for this summer.
Ankle straps are everywhere this season but this pair from Prada looks more wearable than most of the styles.
This pair from Isabel Marant could be tied just around the ankle or up the calf for a more fashion forward look.
These suede ankle wrap sandals from Miu Miu look very comfortable and they also come in gold.
Tomas Maier does warm weather clothes very well and these ankle wrap sandals are spot on for spring and summer.
Which pair is your favorite?
