It’s really hard to look and feel chic when the windchill is 0 degrees but the fashion flock are doing a pretty good job this fashion week. Except for those wearing sandals with bare legs on snowy days. They just look stupid. I’ve tried to put together some of the more appropriate yet interesting looks. I am especially loving all the cobalt blue which adds a nice pop of color on these cold and grey days.

I’m tempted to buy Charlotte Simone Fur Scarf with Cobalt Fox Tail for Paris to add some color to my black coat.
