Regarding Ralph

09 . 11 . 14They save the best for the last day of fashion week and that includes the Ralph Lauren runway show. It never disappoints, but then again, nothing that Ralph Lauren does ever disappoints. He hosted a very chic and unique party in Central Park on Wednesday to launch his new Polo Ralph Lauren for women collection that included a 4D holographic runway projection onto a wall of water on the lake. He also opened the new Polo Ralph Lauren flagship store at 711 Fifth Avenue that also include’s a cute Ralph’s coffee shop on the second floor and will soon open a Polo Bar and Restaurant around the corner. We’ll have more on these later but in honor of the Ralph Lauren show today, I think we should take another look at the Lauren’s home in Bedford, New York. I first posted some of these photos in 2008 and it’s a testament to the design that they still look great today. I’ve interspersed them with some new shots that were published in AD. I’m sure more than a few pieces came from Ralph Lauren Home if you want to try to replicate the look for yourself. It’s clearly still Ralph’s world and we’re just living in it.
