I think we all agree that the rule “no white after Labor Day” is a bit antiquated.  That being said, I would put away anything that looks really light and summery.  I will keep out my favorite white jeans and pair them with a grey blazer or a black silk blouse instead of something pastel or brightly colored. Until Labor Day and the unofficial end of summer arrives, I say wear as much white as you can.
