The warmer temperatures are a great time to lighten up not only your wardrobe but also your home.  It’s the perfect opportunity to pull out your blue and white china or buy a few pieces.  The best places to find it in New York are Pearl River Mart and William Wayne. Happy Spring!

I totally agree — it’s great for spring but works in all seasons. The most classic combo!

Beautiful photos! However, the fifth photograph down, of the blue pots in Carolyne Roehm’s conservatory, is my image, and as it’s a private part of her property she may not even want it made public. Would you be kind enough to credit, or perhaps even remove if you wish. Many thanks, and best wishes for your time in Paris. Janelle McCulloch

Hi Janelle, I found the photo on Pinterest. Sorry I didn’t know it was from you. I added a credit but I’m happy to take it down if Ms. Roehm would prefer not to have it up. Just let me know. Thanks!

Classic Blue and White always perfect in my book. Interesting that I have loved this palette from the time I was a young girl! Great images Heather!

I love blue and white china. I have a teapot piece my mom gave to me and I keep fresh peonies in it. Very refreshing and posh! 🙂 xo

    You’re very kind.

I think she’ll be okay: she’s a lovely person. It was part of a photo shoot that is still to be published, and that was a corner of the property that wasn’t shot as part of the ‘formal’ shotlist.

All the best for your trip to Paris. I’ll email you a few secret spots. Janelle
