Fabulous Forsythia

Flowering branches are the best mood lifter every spring.  I went out looking for Quince or Cherry Blossoms last week but could only find Forsythia in my neighborhood.  They turned out to be the perfect complement to my gallery wall and tablescape and were the best $18 I’ve ever spent.
Funny enough, the Off Duty section of the Wall Street Journal newspaper had a feature on hiding televisions in plain sight.  Mine blends in with the gallery wall of art as best a big black rectangle can but for more ideas, you can read the article here.
Happy Spring!
XOXO,
HC

Just beautiful. And I didn’t see the television until you mentioned it.
    Enjoy your blossoms.

Great minds…and in the perfect glass cylinder too. I lucked out and was able to prune mine from a neighbors yard yesterday. How can you beat that yellow against a ground of neutrals?? It’s these and daffodils for me in March when it simply looks like the world is still black and white.( I didn’t notice the TV either…probably because mine is out in the open as well).

We should soon have scads of forsythia in the neighborhood. Yours are perfect with your vignette. Oh and the screen balances out your black lamp shade!

I love flowering branches! Your forsythia are beautiful, and you’re right, you don’t even notice your television. Lovely gallery.

Very clever, how you made your TV part of your gallery wall. May have to borrow that idea from you!
