I’ve been stalking Amazon.com for months to see if they had uploaded the cover image to Grace: A Memoir by Grace Coddington.  When it finally posted, I was excited to see that my book won’t be the only one with an orange cover this fall.  Her cover also seems to be a nod to the old covers of Cecil Beaton’s books.  It’s really not the cover I’m excited about though but her stories of working with some of the world’s most famous photographers, first as a model and later as an editor.  It’s just too bad we’ll have to wait until November for the release.  I would love to have tucked it in my beach bag this summer.  But I guess good things come to those who wait.

    Hi Heather, I admire Grace Coddington very much. I love her style and creativity. I will definitely watch out for this book in November and of course your book too. I can’t wait. But we have to enjoy summer first! Thanks for informing us about this book. Have a great Memorial Day long weekend.

    It is funny how Summer time does make one desire beautiful books….well any season for beautiful books!

    Wow , yes I remember now how stunning she was.. shame we all age :-(( .. but above all she is one heck of an icon with not just beauty but brains to boot.

    I fell in love with Grace Coddington while watching the September issue. She totally stole the spotlight from Anna Wintour. I’m looking forward to learning more about her from her book.
